This document outlines a proposed educational game called "Surviving the Stone Age" where students take on the role of a Stone Age person. The goal of the game is for students to use their knowledge of the Stone Age periods to successfully progress from the Paleolithic to the Neolithic period. Students will earn points to unlock new tools by making decisions in response to different situations and discovering skills like fire-making and tool-building. The game is meant to get more complex over time as students work to establish an agricultural society, representing the transition to the New Stone Age.
