Teambuilding Sailing is quite simply the most effective sport at facilitating teambuilding. It encompasses all the key ingredients of good teamwork: planning, motivation, trust, delegation, leadership and communication Service ranges from bonding sailing days to comprehensive teambuilding programs delivered in partnership with Management and Leadership Development Training organisations I have held a number of these in the past and this was by far the best all round event for both bringing my team together and at the same time giving them some well deserved R&R.
