SYNOPSIS DiamondBhumi.com The main Objective of DiamondBhumi.com Real Estate project is to provide benefits especially for those people who are interested in buying, selling or renting/leasing properties. Today in this fast moving world where time is constraints and everything is available just a click away. This portal will offer people a good variety of choice for both seller and buyer/Renter. Searching from this portal will provide interested people best deal. There will be two types of user Seller and buyer/renter. Whenever people wants to access this portal, it just need Access site as this is an open source, but if any user wants to post properties they need to contact Admin of the site. The main objective of the project work is to demonstrate: Avail best deals at best location. Faster means of Searching Properties Wider Reach Is surely a time saving process in todays fast moving world Increases sales. - 4. LAB/EQUIPMENTS AND TOOLS REQUIRED: HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: 500 GB or higher capacity hard disk. 2 GB RAM. Standard Mouse Keyboard Colored monitor SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: Any Operating system XP / 7(prefer latest version) Xampp server 5.3(or above) Internet Explorer/Firefox/Chrome SECURITY ASPECTS: In this system the Admin will be having a valid user name and password, only Admin can access the database, can add new properties information. No unauthorized person can access Admin site. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: 1. Install XAMPP server. 2. After installation copy the dbhumi-2 folder inside the following path C: / Xampp / htdocs 3. Now start Xamp server and open phpmyadmin page & create new database named dbhumi-2. 4. Now import the database file by clicking import option on phpmyadmin page (ie. browse the dbhumi.sql file). 5. Now go to browser and run DiamondBhumi.com project (http:/localhost/phpmyadmin/dbhumi-2)
