This proposal outlines the creation of an instructional module to help staff at Honaunau Elementary School (HES) administer the NWEA MAP test more efficiently. HES has 150 students from pre-K to 5th grade but lacks a designated test coordinator or computer technician. The module would teach staff how to manage student data, configure the Mac server and 25 client workstations, and maintain the system for administering the adaptive, computer-based test three times per year. The module objectives are to teach users how to create and manage student data files, configure and maintain the file server, and set up the client workstations for testing.
