This document summarizes research on the implementation of dual system education at SMKN 15 Bandung vocational high school. The implementation has resulted in low absorption of graduates into the workforce (35%) and low relevance to industry needs. SMKN 15 Bandung faces challenges in applying dual system education due to its role as a social work high school and lack of involvement from industry partners. The research found that dual system education at SMKN 15 Bandung is not fully integrating classroom learning and workplace experience due to difficulties finding industry partners aligned with student skills and few companies understanding and willing to fully participate in the dual system model.
