This document summarizes a Twitter role-playing game celebrating 100 years of Alan Turing. Participants will take on roles as a teacher, pupil, Stephen Fry, or bot and tweet in character. Players must try to determine who is being genuine and who is faking it. There are prizes for the best faker, fake spotter, and realist in each category. The goal is to explore aspects of identity and Turing's contributions to computer science through the social media simulation and accompanying events.
5. The "standard interpretation" of the Turing Test, in which player C, the
interrogator, is tasked with trying to determine which player - A or B - is
a computer and which is a human. The interrogator is limited to using
the responses to written questions in order to make the determination.
