Public concerns expressed by City Councillors/Police CCM Tweeted (Re-Tweeting This Is Exeter story) on 20 October media picked-up (Heart FM initially, then E&E) Further Tweeting around time of 25 October event building further momentum against event Groundswell of opinion against Carnage resulted in the 15 November event being cancelled INFLUENCING THE MEDIA MESSAGE & BUILDING POLICY MOMENTUM
