Terry is seeking a business coach to help grow his online streaming media business. Currently, the business generates revenue from selling bulk memberships and promoting products to members, but Terry wants to increase monthly revenue to $20,000-$30,000 by the end of the year. Within 2-3 years, Terry's goal is for the business to generate $100,000 per month, with 60-70% coming from the video business' network marketing structure. Terry has hit a "glass ceiling" and hopes a coach can help the business break through to the next level.

Where Im sitting right now is I work online; 100% of my business is online. My company is a streaming media company; I represent a video company. I have a website called The Business Professional. The way that its set up is weve sold bulk memberships, so I dont make any money on the front end of the memberships; thats where my licenses go and sell the memberships and theyre making money on the front end. I make the money on the backend where I promote products and services to the members. Id like to be able to, by the end of the year, to at least the $20,000 or $30,000 a month level. I want to have a business thats more successful. Ultimately, what Id like to see within a fairly short period of time (two to three years) Id like to realistically like to see the business do $100,000 a month. My gut feeling is that 60% or 70% of that will come from the video business because it has a network marketing business structure, which makes it very, very lucrative. Im trying to focus a lot of my attention there to be able to build that quickly in the next 12 to 18 months. From that business there will be a lot of residuals. 1/3
Thats kind of where Im sitting. Like I said, I havent been able to break through my glass ceiling. We had some decent months.
