Talikulam Vikas Trust is a non-profit organization led by Dr. P Mohamed Ali that works to improve housing, employment, education, health, and social security in Thrissur, Kerala through public-private partnerships. It has constructed over 300 homes, ensured employment for everyone, set up schools and loan programs, and instituted an old age pension scheme. The Trust focuses on housing, employment, education, health, and social security for all residents. It has spent over 1.2 billion INR on these programs, funded by donations from Dr. Ali, government agencies, banks, and other organizations. The Trust continues its ongoing programs around healthcare, agriculture, and community development.

Talikulam Vikas Trust is a non-profit-making public trust actively improving housing availability,
employment opportunities, education, public health, and social security in the Thrissur Panchayat
through people's participation and public-private-panchayat strategies.
Dr P Mohamed Ali is the chief patron of this organization and the man behind this revolution. Dr P
Mohamed Ali has strived to bring smiles on the faces of his fellow villagers at Talikulam in Kerala.
His has a dream project termed as My Village, My Dream whose sole aim is the overall
development of his village. The Talikulam Vikas trust has a moto of Employment for all, House for
all, Education for all, Health for all & Social Security for all. Some of the well talked about and the
most praised achievements of Dr P Mohamed Ali include:
1. 300 houses being built and given to the needy.
2. At least one person in every household is employed now
3. A school and charity foundation have been set up to teach and to provide financial support to
poor students.
4. An old age pension scheme has also been instituted under this scheme.
Talikulam Vikas Trust is one of Dr P Mohamed Alis such charitable works. The other being the PM
Foundation which promotes education in Rural Indian communities. The Talikulam Vikas trust
