TALKA is a co-creative workshop methodology that can engage 20-100 people to create a practical plan, project, or concept in just 3 hours. The TALKA process allows many people to work together creatively and engagingly. It uses game-like steps to guide participants through filling a pre-constructed "frame" with knowledge, ideas, agreements, creativity, and solution development. This effectively uses the power of big groups while avoiding typical problems. TALKA creates results normally taking weeks in just a few hours and engages all participants as if working in a small team.

Where does TALKA come from?
TALKA was an ancient tradition common in the Baltic and Nordic countries* - many neighbors come
together to accomplish a large task in short time. As a cooperative tradition talka pooled together
resources and skills of families living in separate farms to accomplish something that single family would
not be able to do.
* This tradition is called talka in Latvia and Lithuania, talkoot in Finland, talgud in Estonia, dugnad in Norway, r?dslag in Sweden.
Since 2009 with more than 150 events we bring this energetic and
lively tradition to modern organisations & companies!
