International Data Corporation (IDC) and facilitate all of its research-related
requirements, with special focus on the IT market.

Overall responsibility in building up the website for this non-governmental, non-
profit organization (NGO) and developed/maintained its online marketing
activities. The website mainly utilizes tools and technologies currently available on
search engine optimization (SEO) to effectively deploy online marketing and
advertising plans or strategies in optimizing website traffic and brand (name-recall)
recognition.
8/2008 ¨C 3/2011 Revenue Department of Thailand, under the Ministry of Finance (MOF)
Bangkok, Thailand Technical Officer, Computing Technology
Handled the build-up and maintained the department¡¯s website applications, and
pioneered the integration of Business Intelligence (BI) using data available in the
Tax Revenue office to facilitate regular reporting requirements. With the use of BI
and related technologies, the department was able to capture and analyze the tax
payers¡¯ demographics and payment behavior under the supervision of the Large Tax
Administration Bureau. This resulted to improved collaborative efforts among
officers in the bureau and optimized office productivity and customer (taxpayer)
service.

Main task was to translate product labels and other company documents ie
operating instructions (how-to-use manuals and directions) and other corporate
documents from Japanese to Thai and vice versa.

Coordinate with local, Canada- and Singapore-based customers to expand the
company¡¯s market share in Southeast Asia. In addition, I was responsible for
initiating first-contact to and approach the Japanese companies/factories based in
Thailand to be able to present the company¡¯s products and services. Another role
within the company was being part of the company¡¯s website team to copy-write
and fill up company web pages for its local and foreign target audience, in
conjunction with the company¡¯s marketing and promotional activities.
