A Story About Observation.

    Today we have first snow




       and i'm walking to big shopping center because i don't like when it's cold outside.

first idea: be close to your customer )))

Well, every store in shopping center have open doors, playing music or the same ceilings,
but ..




                                         . or.....




So, obvious idea: make first contact an attractive, light and easy.
In some store i didn't see people and not everywhere i can hear "Hi, can I help you" even
after 10 mins (((




for example: only security men sitting alone in front of the entrance to lingerie shop.... no
salesperson, no customers.....nobody. Do you want to look and try something ??? ))))

The next non-secret idea: Be open and friendly, not only in words but also in
practice.

So go ahead and watch around
Some stores have price information (or advertising sales) at the glass case ....




and it's not bad...... but why should I go inside if I am already know the prices ?

This case is explain:

when the showcase
attracted your attention

you most likely want to
enter

if you see some
salesperson,
some customers

and
if you feel comfortable
environment




...entrance....
and it's really comfortable:




                                       . compare...




    ...carpet for your legs....                                  ..no carpet - no legs ))))

well, a couple of ideas:
provide comfort all around: customers, employees, guests.... do not forget about
yourself )))
pay attention to the little things - they make life sweeter !

The most interesting place for observation - certainly inside the shop...




. somewhere i can test the new product, and I did not feel as a buyer but as a product
owner...
. and somewhere I felt like a warehouse worker ....




 and I thought that this store has some problems  do I need these ?



The simple idea: do not make problems to other people - solve them !!!


So at the end of this story I came to the conclusion:

to see hidden opportunities and use them creatively enough very simple things and
ideas. all around us is giving ideas just open your minds.
