This document outlines the work experience and accomplishments of an individual from 2012-2014 while working for Leader, EMD team and as a member of various process improvement projects. Some key responsibilities included leading a team of electricians and apprentices, achieving reductions in maintenance delays and improvements in production metrics as part of a Green Belt project, initiating several self-initiated projects around safety and operations, and facilitating a team that implemented numerous process improvements. Additional duties involved managing inventory, implementing SAP systems, contributing to highest production levels, and participating in extracurricular activities.

Kwh/ton to 237 Kwh/ton which resulted in the saving of 51
lacs rupees per year.
Reduced the operation cost through Open Access Scheme.
Plant lighting replaced by LED lights with zero investment by
plant through IOT (Install operate and transfer) scheme.

Project
Initiated six SIP projects which can be classified under
safety, brand retention, customer satisfaction and project
management.
It included positive isolation systems for electrical equipment,
installation of length counting module and printing equipment
on the process line, installation of energy monitoring system,
SMS alert system on 50 ton LPG yard, emergency lighting
system and DSL busbar installation.

Facilitated SGA team 'Prabhat', consisting of seven
electricians and had initiated 23 Kaizens.
The group won 2nd
prize in Ergonomics in Tata Steel Wire
Division Tarapur for a pneumatic control brake system
Kaizen.

Managed spares inventory costing Rs. 30 lacs.
Individually purchased consumable and spares costing Rs. 60
lacs.

These projects enabled online performance monitoring,
preventive maintenance schedule of all machines and process
lines of two plants of Tata Steel.

Recorded highest ever production for two months due to
successful reduction in delay of the process lines.
It resulted in an increase in turnover by 10% of almost Rs. 3.6
Cr against the monthly turnover of Rs. 36 Cr.
