As you know this news letter is not so much about our
Overview business but about our people. I hope it helps us all remember
Changes that we are people before we are Employees. Sometimes it is
New helpful to think of our colleagues as mothers, fathers, wives
and husbands. If we do that, it may change the way we think
Employees about each other.
More First, we can remember that the reasons we are here is to
ensure that we are able to fund our personal lives and in many
About the cases, provide for our families. We all have similar aims, and
New by working together as a team, we help each other not just in
the work place, but outside of it too! If we work to support
Employees each other, we will all benefit from it. Also, it helps us to
remember than when a colleague seems to let us down, it is
Good not intentional. We are all thinly stretched and trying our
best, and as long as we know our colleagues are putting in the
News same effort as ourselves, we should be understanding when
and if they don't deliver everything we require. We are a small
team and an evolving team, supporting a business that is once
Message again growing. I admire many of you and am thankful for the
from the efforts you put in, but I never forget that for all of us, the most
VP important thing is life outside of the workplace.
This Newsletter reminds us of that and also shows us (for
Pictures example with Matsu's broken umbrella see pictures on the
last page) it is also okay to have fun in the workplace from
time to time!
