Please walk your child to the

Tardy bell rings at 8:10 a.m.
Class is dismissed at 3:15 p.m.
3rd grade is dismissed in front door.
If you need to pick up your child early
you need to sign them out in office.
PLEASE do not park in teachers area.
4. State Law requires students to attend
90% of school days including excused
absences.
6+ absences will be taken to court and
fined.
3+ unexcused absences will be taken to
court and fined.
5. Assigned on Monday due Friday signed.
Sign and return daily report.
Daily reading is requested. Please sign
daily reading log.
150 days of ALL students completing
homework everyday entitles them to a
pizza party. One missing homework sends
class back to zero.

BE RESPONSIBLE
Rewards: Praise, stickers, chart, Star Student
Award. Prize box (prize donations are
welcomed).
Daily behavior paper is sent home in folder for
parents to sign.
Persistent misbehavior will be addressed by
students receiving a letter home in which they
wrote what they did wrong. Parents need to
sign. Conference if requested by either
teacher or parents.

8. Parents are encouraged to use PARENT PORTAL
REPORT CARDS are sent every 9 weeks
4 quarters = 4 Report Cards
Progress Report are sent every 6 weeks of
quarter.
Common Assessments are held after each Unit.

9. Inappropriate Clothing:
Baggy jeans
Low rise jeans
Baggy shirts
Spaghetti straps
Muscle shirts
Inappropriate wording or images
Open toe shoes
Skirts, shorts, and dresses cannot be shorter than
fingertips of hands when extended next to body.
Blouses and shirts must cover back when sitting
down.
10. It is ALWAYS great to have volunteers!!!
You may help us in the workroom or take
things home.
Field trips- 1 adult 5 student ratio.
Permission slips are required.
Make sure teacher is aware of any
medical conditions.
Cell phones MUST be off in school
grounds. (if confiscated there is a $25
fine).
