This document outlines a teacher self-assessment process for the 2015-2016 school year. It includes sections for teachers to evaluate their professional practice in several domains, identify areas of strength and areas for development, prioritize the three most important areas to focus on, and propose goals and support needed to strengthen those areas. Teachers are also asked to suggest professional development topics that would help improve their teaching and student learning. The purpose is to allow teachers to reflect on their practice and identify goals in a growth mindset to yield the best student outcomes for the upcoming school year.
