This document contains the results of a market basket analysis performed on transaction data from three restaurants. For each restaurant, the analysis identifies the top five most commonly purchased item bundles based on their lift score. The lift score indicates how much more likely items in a bundle are to be purchased together than independently, with a score above 1 suggesting the items influence each other's purchase. The top bundles for each restaurant are listed along with their antecedent and consequent item categories and lift score.
