This document summarizes a presentation about team roles given by Ganna Skytova. The presentation discusses what a team is, identifying individual roles within a team, and playing a game to demonstrate how teams work together in a survival scenario. The game involved different teams ranking 15 items in order of importance for survival after a plane crash in the desert. The presentation also provided information on Belbin Team Roles for assessing roles and discussed how to best organize teamwork.
