This document provides information about a student paper competition exploring unknown areas of electronics, computer, and IT engineering. Students are invited to write papers not exceeding 20 pages to present new knowledge in these fields. Papers must follow IEEE formatting standards and include the author's name, college, and contact details. Selected teams will participate in an interview round and give a 15-minute presentation followed by questions from judges. The event requires one classroom with benches, a projector, and 6 volunteers including two student leaders who provide their contact information.
2. General Description
ï‚—We invite you to write papers which explore the unknown
areas of Electronics, Computer and IT engineering and
related fields and present the same to spread the knowledge
and be acclaimed for the same.
3. General rules
ï‚—The hardcopy should be sent on A4 size papers only and
should not exceed 20 pages. Abstract should not exceed 500
words.
ï‚—Participants should include their name, college name,
registration number, e-mail id & contact number.
ï‚—The document must be in standard IEEE format (TIMES
NEW ROMAN, 2 columns, 1.5 line spacing). Refer IEEE
website for more details on the format.
4. Round details
ï‚—The teams will be called for the elimination.
ï‚—Based on the performance in the interview round, selected
teams will be giving a presentation on their topic.
ï‚—15 minutes will be allotted to each team for power point
presentation followed by question and answer round with
judges.
