Initially involved in all documentation required for planning and designing,Planning IP address scheme, designing /updating the topology diagrams, making hardware diagram from BOQ, Naming conversation for the devices, Scripts, Test Plan etc 2. Migrating the network to IP Ran and troubleshooting any related issues,Recording and updating all the documents according to changes during the project 3. Monitor and Diagnose all the alarms generated from the routers. 4. Monitor the performance of the whole network using U2000. 5. ability to abstract project requirements, through participation in project evaluation/implementation process. 6. Coordinate with GTAC & RnD for the workaround / permanent solutions / rectifications. 7. Conduct Workshops & Open session with Customer & internal team for knowledge sharing & skill improvement,successfully solve problems remotely. 8. Coordinate with cross functional team to understand the service flows for high availability of IP Bearer network. 9. Individually handling complex network issues & strong follow-up till rectification with proper root cause. 10. Exposure to Access & Telecom technologies (3G, 2G, IPRAN, U2000, CISCO/Juniper). 11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit, and adaptability. 12. 24*7 customer support availability.
