TPC TECHNICAL TRAINING
DEALER-A PERSON WHO PURCHASES A DEALERS PACKAGE, EITHER SILVER OR PLATINUM PACK RESELLER-A PERSON WHO IS ACTIVATED BY A DEALER AND CAPABLE OF ALL-NETWORK LOADING.
ACTIVATION CODES An alpha numeric code used to register a person to become a dealer. ACTIVATION CREDITS Virtual registration used to activate a reseller . POINT VALUE Are points gathered thru purchasing tangible products and will be used for computing dealers commission based on purchased items. 5th CYCLE POINTS Are points gathered every 5th pair bonus of a dealer. This can be redeemed in exchange of a hot item or gadget/s.
LOAD CREDIT A virtual fund used to load an end-user. CFUND Is a commissionable fund which is accumulated by a dealer thru a daily commission earned thru TPC compensation plan. AFUND Is an available fund coming from the total Cfund.
HOW TO ACTIVATE A DEALER? Type: JOIN Activation code/Mobile number/Complete Name/Desired UserID/Sponsor UserID/Placement UserID/A or B Ex: JOIN ACEGHKMRBT25/09172220202/JUAN DELA CRUZ/JUAN/LINDA/LINDA3/B Send to gateway
HOW TOACTIVATE A RESELLER? ACT<space>Mobile# and send to gateway. EX. ACT 09181234567 send to gateway
HOW TO DEACTIVATE: NOTE: Only a dealer can request for the deactivation of an account. JUST SEND HELP<space>CONCERN and send to gateway.
HOW TO UPGRADE? UPGRADE<space>ACTIVATION CODE/username and send to gateway
HOW TO LOAD? number<space>amount and send to gateway EX. 09181234567 50 and send to gateway
REFUND Request for Refund of Regular Load is valid up to 3days only. To request for a refund; Send the number of customer/end-user, amount requested for refund and the trace number to GATEWAY indicating the word HELP. Ex. HELP RF TRACE # AND DATE and send to gateway
HOW TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE: To know your current Load Credit balance, Type BAL and send to gateway To know your current Commission Funds, Type Cfund and send to gateway

ENCASHMENT For encashment and conversion of LC you need to send the ff requirements: -Government issued I.D. -ATM card with embossed name or smart money card and indicate your registered number and send to verify_tpc@yahoo.com.ph
FOR CHANGE OF NUMBER REQUEST: Please email the request to account_tpcorp@yahoo.com.ph with valid I.D. And processing fee of Php250.00 will be deducted from the members LoadCredit (LC).
