twenty and so on. As soon as
your mind loses focus start over.

Knowing when you are going to bed every
night gets your body into a habit. Try going to
bed at the same time and waking up at the
same time for the next 30 days.

Make a concerns list
Really. Write out all of your worries on a
piece of paper before bed. Your unconscious
mind will take this process as a stress
reliever. Similar to when you vent to your
best friend.

Have a calming beverage before bed.

This means phones shut off or muted. TV off.

Cool, dark room.
Your place of rest should be cool, comfortable
and dark.
