The document discusses potential options for improving communication methods for the Trillium Elementary School Council (TESC). It outlines several existing online presences for the school and reasons for exploring new collaborative platforms. Two action plans are proposed: creating a public Facebook group for TESC to facilitate event planning and information sharing, and using Google Apps for internal/external conversations, shared documents and calendars, online forms, and a website. The document argues these new methods would give TESC more control and allow for easier collaboration and scalability compared to the existing school website.
