Get an account Go to www.slideshare.net and sign up for a free account
Once you have a free account

Browse for the slideshow Find the file. It can’t be open while you upload it, or the upload will fail. This is never mentioned in the documentation, but I tried getting it to work for like 20 minutes before figuring out that was the problem
Once it’s done uploading, it will look like this. Give it 5 minutes or so.
Copy the embed code, and paste it into a wordpress blog post
