The author thanks Rotary for welcoming them to the team to support talented people doing good around the world. Over the past two years on the team, the author organized webinars, mailings, and workshops on membership that reached thousands of Rotarians. The author was inspired by Rotarians' passion for finding solutions and creating positive change to create an app to help connect members and grow membership, which over 800 people now use.

- 9. In the 2 years I have been part of TEAM ROTARY,
- 10. I organized 47 WEBINARS in which 3,905 of you attended
- 11. 103,209 new members received the WELCOME TO ROTARY MAILING.
- 12. I organized 6 membership WORKSHOPS at Convention 2013.
- 13. And 3,090 of you learned best practices to GROW MEMBERSHIP.
- 14. And because your PASSION is so contagious,
- 15. you INSPIRED me to CREATE the Take Rotary with you App
- 16. to help CONNECT you to resources to GROW MEMBERSHIP.
- 17. And 843 of you are using the App.
