The document proposes holding the 2060 Olympics on the Moon. It outlines two sports that could be played there - rifle shooting inside a facility with gravity, and "Moon jumping" which would involve hopping rather than running on a paved track outside. Facilities for the games would include an aquatic center, hotel, shooting center and track. Athletes and guests could take a cheaper shuttle transport or an expensive and risky teleportation method to get to the Moon's surface. Viewing options would be in person or on television, as with current Olympics.
2. Why should the Olympics be Held on the Moon Not only it would be fun, but it would be a learning experience too. Think about how much you can learn about how to do some sports on the Moon, or what not to do on the Moon.
3. The Sports There are many sports that can be done on the Moon, and many more that can be invented. I will list only two sports though. They are Rifle shooting and Moon jumping.
4. Rifle Shooting This sport will be done in a building with gravity in it. To make things even more fun, the clay pigeons will look like UFOs.
5. Moon jumping This will be done outside on a paved track. The rules are like sprinting, only you jump and hop and not run.
6. The facilities There will be many facilities on the moon, like the aquatic center, the hotel for the athletes and the quests, the shooting center, and the track for the Moon jumping games.
7. Transportation There will be two ways to transport the athletes and the guests that pay millions of dollars to see them. The first one is the cheaper shuttle, and the second is the expensive teleportation, which will break you into millions of little pieces and send you though radio waves and put you back together on the moon. It will only take seconds to do. This is also a highly risky mode of transportation and will cost a lot to do, so only the rich and daring will use them.
8. Watching the Olympics The same two ways that we watch the Olympics today will still be in effect on the moon. Watching it live and watching it on TV. This will not change.
