AIESEC is a global nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. Their goals for 2015 include providing 155,000 traineeship opportunities, 17,000 global internship placements, 38,000 global volunteer experiences, and 52,000 leadership program participants. AIESEC aims to impact almost 1 million youth by 2015 through these programs and experiences.
