The ENTSA is a single specialty group practice of 12 physicians and 2 PAs established in 1958 that provides ENT services across 4 offices and is the exclusive provider of ENT services for 4 Florida Hospital campuses. The group has remained committed to hospital-based care while most other local ENT groups have moved to outpatient practices. The ENTSA has introduced several innovative procedures to the Orlando area and maintains an active role in medical education and leadership positions within Florida Hospital.

Introduced transoral laser microsurgery for head and neck tumors to Orlando 2005. Introduced transoral robotic surgery to Orlando, 2010. Brought minimally invasive thyroid and parathyroid surgery to Central Florida.
