1. The Eucalyptus trees-A dialogue with landscape
Standing tall in a row, with their white barks glistening and their leaves shuttering
through each other through the blowing wind, shining by the yellow street lights, say
something,as i stand beneath them. What is it that i can feel when i stand looking at
them, but is quite deep and unsaid, something unexplainable.
Time has been the common thread weaving the bond between us. They speak to me,
and i speak to them from mind and soul and not words, the language that time made
us journeyed. The journey of these trees and myself. The dialogue between us is
silent but it fills my soul with everything that i had ever searched in life. That is why
words are necessarily not required to express the most beautiful relationships in the
world coz they are simply felt!
I start drowning in the poetic rythym, that the wind plays on the leaves, the strings,
the notes that is something which I find hard to capture, as it seems to be
unmatchable, and something so mesmerizing that nature has bestowed, an
inspiration, a song sung by the trees.
It signifies, its happiness and joy through the way it waves in the wind, and at the
same time says that it has overcome all the obstacles and storms ,that time and
world brought, and that it stands erect and firm at its place, glorifying the space it
belongs to, and continuing to be a part of the whole landscape ,living with their
fellow trees and plants, sharing a relationship of faith in the future, hope and of
brotherhood.
The trees inspire me to never stop dreaming, and that someday the wind will touch
the strings and the dreams will happen to sing the song of life.
They speak to me saying aloud, sometimes softly that storms are meant to release
our inner strength and that how firmly you stand is what tells you what you are
made up of.
They have lived ages with me, and there is a bond that we share that is not confined
within self interests as then that is limiting, but unconfined ,selfless love bestowed by
God in the face of nature. Nature acts like a messanger,It feels to me that when il
hug the trees close to myself shall be empowered by God’s strength, and just like a
child hugs his mother, knowing he will never fall from there, do i feel when i hug the
tree, It soars high, and i look upon him.
