This job posting is seeking a Deputy Manager for two hotels and a gastro pub/inn located in the Cotswolds, England. The Deputy Manager position pays ?20,000-?28,000. They are also seeking a flexible F&B Supervisor/Receptionist at ?18,000. Applicants should have experience working in various hotel or pub roles and be able to work flexible shifts. Strong operations, customer service, and health and safety skills are required.

Deputy Manager ?20-28,000 Kent Our Client has the responsibility for two hotels in the Cotswolds and he is looking for 1) a competent F&B Supervisor who also has reception skills and is happy to cover key shifts in the Restaurant and Reception areas ?18,000 2) A deputy Manager of a stylish and high quality Gastro Pub and Inn. An all round restaurant and hotel manager is required for this role ?20,000 The role has the possibility of live In accommodation A couple would suit these roles and could share a double room in staff quarters The Hotels have a very high quality finish and serve food in a formal Restaurant, Casual Brasserie and Pub settings. We are looking for applicants who have worked ina number of areas in the Hotel or Pub and can be flexible to work where required during these busy moths. We are looking for confident, committed people who can join the hotels to assist in taking the business forward. Operationally you must be strong and have good knowledge of Health and Hygiene, Cosh, Health and Safety, Weights and Measures, Legislation and be able to supervise staff to ensure these guidelines are met.
