The document describes the anatomy and blood flow through the human heart. The right atrium receives deoxygenated blood from the body and pumps it to the right ventricle to be sent to the lungs. The left atrium receives oxygenated blood from the lungs and pumps it to the left ventricle to be sent back out to the body. The heart is propelled by atrioventricular and semilunar valves which ensure one-way blood flow through the heart and main arteries.

- 18. RIGHT ATRIUM Receives blood returning to the heart from the Superior and inferior vena cava
- 19. LEFT ATRIUM Receives blood returning to the heart from the pulmonary veins
- 20. RIGHT VENTRICLE Receives blood from the right atrium and pumps it to the pulmonary artery
- 21. LEFT VENTRICLE Receives blood from the left atrium and pumps it to the aorta
