• Wherever possible we prefer to meet with our clients face to face to truly understand
your business and culture, your recruitment objectives and your preferred way of
working
• Along with a thorough job and person specification, we are able to assess your recruitment
needs and ensure we source the best candidates in the quickest possible way – saving
you both time and cost
• We formulate a resource plan, agreeing the specific need, the process and allocated
resource to work on the hire
• Given the specialist nature of most of the roles we source, most of our candidates won’t
be found on job boards, leading us to leverage our network in the first instance. This
enables us to quickly reach out to a number of pre-qualified candidates through our
Group wide database giving you immediate access to some of the UK’s best talent
• In the event that our database doesn’t hold the ideal candidate profile, we will maximise
our search through leveraging our social media user groups and connections to various
professionals through organised forums
• As a last resort we will market your vacancy through our media channels to ensure

requirements, skills and knowledge to produce a shortlist of suitable candidates
• We will present to you a short list of candidates assessed against your requirements for
your consideration
• Our teams will arrange all necessary interview logistics and keep in touch with the
candidate both prior to and after the interview
• As part of our commitment to our candidate, we will seek your feedback on their
performance, and share it with them, in order to support their personal developement
