This document discusses how perception and decision making are like dreaming. It argues that we are constantly in a state of dreaming as our senses take in information to build internal models of the world. Memories are difficult to access but dreams are even harder to remember. The brain uses the body to test its internal models against external experiences. People engage in "external dreaming" when they act based on their internal models rather than objective reality. The document promotes being aware that our perceptions are constructions rather than objective truths.
