The redesigned home page introduces new tools
for even more efficient hiring, prioritizes the
features you use most, and loads faster to help
you be more productive in your daily recruiting
activities.
Its look and feel more closely resembles
LinkedIn.com, which makes the user experience
more intuitive and simple.
Lets take a closer look
3. Saved Searches and Alerts
Search bar remaining front and centre
on the navigation bar. Weve made it
more prominent and added an additional
search drop-down that gives you instant
access to your saved searches and
search history.
4. Notifications
Notifications alerts you to urgent items C like
job applies & new results for saved searches
5. Tasks
Smart-To-Do list. This helps improve your
workflow efficiency by allowing you to create
to-do items that connect with a profile,
project or job, just by using the @
symbol. Any unchecked to-dos will remain
at the top of the list until completed.
Profile Reminders you previously set in
Recruiter will move directly into your Smart-
To-Do list
6. Activity Feed
Updates - provides you with the most urgent items
you need to get your day started C like InMail replies
and profile changes made by candidates you follow.
Activity Feed - has a history of your own activity in
Recruiter, or a summary of your teams activity across
the entire Recruiter contract.
7. Project Activity Snapshot
Project Activity now showcase the most 3 active
projects and recent activity including how many new
profiles have been added and the activity against
profiles
8. InMail Enhancements
Attachments C You can now add and
receive InMails with attachments
Pipeline candidates straight from the inbox
with tags, status & projects.
In common C reminders to help recruiters
craft engaging InMails, by showcase how
they are connected to a candidate
9. Help, Training & Linkedin.com
Training - Help & linkedin.com are all
located under your photo on the right hand
side of the home page.
