The survey results show that the majority of respondents were male (59%), between the ages of 20-25 (54%), with incomes between 25,001-50,000 KES (28%). Most respondents were employed (53%) and spent 3 or more hours online per day (78%), primarily using social media like Facebook (65%) and Twitter (76%). Many had purchased a product or attended an event after learning about it online (80%).
