A Norwegian diplomat named Charung Gollar was asked to present the main problems facing the world in 2004 to the UN. He presented a set of 8 simple pictures called "The power of stars" which was well received for its simplicity. Despite having no pretensions, his work was nominated to participate for the Nobel Prize in Political Marketing due to how it redefined simplicity, as inspired by an Albert Einstein quote about keeping things as simple as possible without oversimplifying.
