Making
  tempe is
 very easy.
  Here we
explain how
  to make
tempe from
 100% soy.
The first, Soak the soy beans that have
been washed clean for 12-18 hours with
plain cold water (hydration process for
soybean seeds absorb water as much as
               possible).
and then, Remove the skin of soybean
seed that has been soft, then wash or
       rinse with clean water.
the second, soybeans boiled
in a cauldron for about 1
     hour until cooked
If you have, strain
and wash soybean
    mill results
After that, Chill soybeans with
              tray
The third Sprinkle yeast tempe
(RAPRIMA) which has been prepared
 gradually while stirring, stirring to
evenly (1.5 grams of yeast to 2 kg
          soybean tempeh)
Wrap the leaves or soybean
     by using plastic

using a plastic

                  use a banana
                       leaf
Fermentation process of soybeans is at
room temperature for one or two days
or until the entire surface covered
      with mushroom soy beans.
Finally, Wait for 2-3 days
  until the soy actually
finished and ready to be
        processed.
