In life, there are times when you have to make decisions YET understanding the consequences of that decision, whether good or bad, and being willing to accept them can be difficult for some people.
But I have learned a secret And whats cool about this secret is that its REALLY out in the open, lol But heres what happened.
Each month, every 1st Wednesday, our team does an All-EN hangout. That means that the people who are ALL-IN on our team HOST a hangout for ANY and ALL team members to attend, checkout and witness.
The purpose of these monthly hangouts is to share with our community and members how important getting all in is and WHY each person on the panel actually got all in.
We even truly discuss whether it has been profitable and worth it for them to go all in! However, on last evening, I was dealing with a 10-yr old and a social studies test crisis! LOL
My step-daughter was studying for her 4th grade social studies test and just wasnt grasping or retaining the content. Thus we had a meltdown, tears, her father stepping in to lay down the law (lol) and just an overall catastrophe!!
As a result, I could not host the hangout. But the show MUST GO ONright??!
So I sent out a text to Brian Cain and asked if he and Tom The Furry Hat Guy would take the reigns this week, so that we could continue to provide the value to our team even though I physically could not attend.
Brian and Tom agreed (thank you guys), and in a moment, you will see how awesome our hangout was this week as the team discussed the benefits, the pros and cons, the advantages and the RESULTS of being all-in!
The only reason I was able to handle what was happening at home AND still run a successful business is because I implement and utilize what we call LEVERAGE all the time.
If our team was a selfish bunch of losers, this would not have happened If we didnt love and trust one another, this would not have happened
If we didnt have the belief that this business was worth every dime and be committed to it, this would not have happened
So understand, you can benefit from partnering with us and getting ALL-IN. But youll need to make the decision yourself And our hangout will reveal to you that you deserve this!
