DO something for yourself for the first ten (10) minutes of the day
GET your heart rate up - exercise, jump (trampolines anyone?, skip... I
personally like swimming and TRX.

6. Choose 30 minutes within your day to do something
awesome for yourself. I would encourage you to do
something creative, like something you may not have done
before, an activity that gets your blood pumping is great
too.
Most people don't like walking into new experiences, but it
helps you to broaden your perspectives.
