The auditions for the third series of The Voice UK began last week with two new coaches, Kylie Minogue and Ricky Wilson, replacing Jessie J and Danny O'Donoghue. Kylie said she was excited to be a coach and loves the concept of the show. A media teacher observed that the new judges seemed nervous and didn't speak as much as the ones they replaced. A first-time audience member said she enjoyed her experience and thought the second day of auditions had more stand-out singers, and that the new judges were a good addition.

1. The auditions for the 3rd series of The Voice UK began last week at BBCs Media city. There is a slight
twist to the first two series as there are two brand new coaches. Grammy award winner Kylie
Minogue and lead singer of the chart topping band Kaiser Chiefs, Ricky Wilson have replaced Jessie J
and Danny ODonoghue. Original coaches Tom Jones and Will.i.am are still apart of the line-up of

Media teacher Damen Bramwell said The new judges seemed to be a bit nervous and they didnt
speak as much as Jessie and Danny used too.
And first time audience member Emily Grimshaw says I really enjoyed my experience. I thought
there were a lot more singers that stood out on the second day rather than the first day of auditions.
I thought the new judges were a really good addition.
