Drupal allows users to easily change a site's appearance using contributed themes found on Drupal.org or from third-party providers. To enable a theme, download and extract it into the themes folder, select it on the Appearance page while logged in as an administrator. Base themes provide a starting point for customization and do not include design elements themselves, with popular base themes being Basic, Zen, Omega, Mothership, and Stark.
