dire need of maintenance. If it were placed on the market in this condition, it may
have sold for an estimated $875K - $900K
Michael handled the entire transformation in approximately nine weeks. Many of
the improvements were cosmetic, but the attention to detail and inexpensive
updates made a huge impact!
The previous owners lived out of state and never flew out to see the work in
progress nor the finished project. Michael kept them continuously informed with
emails, phone calls, and photos.
Michael sold the house for $1,150K AS IS which was $10K more than the
freshly remodeled house next door that had just sold!

15. SUMMARY
The property in this slideshow attracted multiple offers and sold AS IS with the
buyer accepting/inheriting over $9K in needed section one termite work repairs.
The new owner/buyer was also disclosed and accepted the non-permitted rooms
(Entire lower level, bedrooms 4 & 5, and the 3rd bathroom) and, although the lot was
near 16K sq. ft., most of it was on the hillside.
Michaels vision, time, and efforts in transforming this house delivered more than
