This document discusses the Think Tank project website. It covers the website hosting, responsive design for different devices, multilingual structure, English and multilingual contents, and tasks for partners. The website is hosted at the AAUP and has a responsive design to work on computers, phones and tablets. It has regular multilingual pages, pages in English and the partner language, and only English pages. Partners need to translate content on the home page and project menu, check partner pages, and publish the website link.

The website is hosted at the AAUP located in Alicante.
The URL is a subdomain of our domain for projects
www.proyectosupua.es/thinktank/en
AAUP assumes the responsibility of the management and
the support of the website and his hosting.

This decision does not imply a bad performance of the website (except
in cases of a big saturation of the server).
Actually the page do not appears in Google because we need to make
some Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks.
All the website has Responsive Design, this means that the website
can be properly used in smartphones and tablets as well as computers.

The website has three types of multilingual content.
Regular Multilanguage pages: In the Project Menu and Home Page.
English and partner language: In the Partners Menu.
Only English pages: Meetings, Case Studies and Evaluation menus.

Regular Multilanguage pages:
Have a language selector on the left side block.
If a language is missing for a page, the web does not
show a menu link for them.
This pages are located at the Home Page and the
project Menu.
We need to translate this sections to provide useful and
relevant general information of the project in all the
partners languages.

These pages do not use the
multilanguage engine of the
web.
In the first place we put the
English version and in the
second place we put the
partner language version.
The page template shows the
logo of the partner on the top
of the page.

When we see the website in another language different than English these
pages and the menu links are shown in English.
Now we use a new format for the photo galleries of the meetings.

The multilingual contents are:
The Home page: 1 page to translate.
The Project Menu: 6 pages to translate.
Using English version as the base, we need to translate every
page.
We have to decide if we want to translate this pages to every
partner language.

The Meetings Menu:
Each meeting has agenda, materials, meeting report
and images.
Materials are the presentations in pdf and can be
downloaded.
The images are shown in a new gallery format.
Agenda and report are in html and in the original pdf.

Send translation of the sentence at the head of the home
page.
Debate about the translation of the Home Page and pages in
Project menu.
Check the logo and translation at the partner page.
