Tiajuana "TJ" Williams is the Director of Air Service Development and Web Marketing at Bill and Hillary
Clinton National Airport.

In her position, Tiajuana maintains a direct line of communication with commercial airline route planners
(existing and potential) and airline marketing representatives. She has been successful promoting both airport
and route opportunities designed to retain current service levels, increase frequency of existing service and
secure new service. Tiajuana also administers the airport's air service incentive program which supports route
marketing goals.

Tiajuana provided marketing direction and leadership on the redevelopment of the airport's main website
(fly-lit.com). The redevelopment introduced innovative new features and functionality that earned the site a
WebAward in 2010 for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development in the Transportation category.

She continues to serve the airport providing leadership drawn from twelve years in media, marketing and public
affairs in an airport environment and 27 years in the broadcast industry and community relations.

Tiajuana is a graduate of John Brown University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational
Management. In 2009, she earned a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership (with honors) from Webster
University. In 2010, she was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business (Lambda
Kappa Chapter), Webster University.

In addition to her work at the airport, Tiajuana has served as an adjunct instructor at Embry Riddle Aeronautical

2020 Vision Plan Terminal Redevelopment Project Dedicated Informational Website

Developed a dedicated website for provision of information on the airport's redevelopment project. The
long-term vision for Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport is focused on meeting the air service demand
through the year 2020 through the expansion and renovation of the airport complex. Over the next ten years,
the airport will experience incremental growth that will begin with what is considered the first phase of the
terminal renovation project.The $67 million project, approved by the Municipal Airport Commission in April
(2010), will begin in early 2011 and is expected to take two years to complete. Improvements include a new
inline baggage system, upgraded ticketing lobby and energy upgrades.

Following the first phase completion, second phase development of the airport will include construction of a
new terminal commons, a new 16-gate concourse, a new baggage claim, international arrival facility, inbound
roadway and parking improvements.
