Recently we have been asked why we created TimeHub and who it is for, so we have created this brief slideshare to answer these questions. Basically, our view is that time sheets are a relic of a bygone era and they should be banned. There is a better way.

employees and can be used in a
fixed or mobile scenario. It will run
on an iOS or Android tablet or
smartphone.
Each employee has a unique
code which translates to their
payroll code.

to clock themselves in and out or
for a supervisor/manager to clock

No Buddy Punching with Photo ID
The TimeHub Team app has been
designed to take an employee's
photo when they clock in or out (if
required) and this is stored along
with the GPS location of the
device.
This data can be viewed in the
TimeHub Employer Portal for every
employee's clock.

No Double Clocking
As with the TimeHub Personal App,
once an employee has clocked,
they are unable to clock for 60
seconds and then for the next 2
minutes if they try they are
warned they have already
clocked.

GPS Locates the employee
Designed for use by an employee
on their smartphone or tablet.
Employees can select the
company they wish to log into.
The app will GPS Locate the
employee to ensure you know
where they are when they clock
and this is recorded each time
they clock.

Once the employee selects their
company they clock using our
intuitive single button design.
There is no need to decide if they
are clocking in or out as this is
handled by the rules you set up in

REDUCE MANUAL CALCULATIONS
The TimeHub Employer Portal allows you to set up rules which to match your employment
agreement and company policies. These rules are applied to the incoming clock data to
manage Rounding, Rosters, Breaks, Leave, Overtime etc. which removes the need for you to
work these out manually.

The rules you set up in TimeHub Employer Portal can be applied to a specific employee or
groups of employees. Once the rules are applied, you are able to see the effect of these rules
on the live data as well as the actual detail of who worked when and where they were.

ALWAYS AVAILABLE
You are able to view the daily transactions on screen and in reports for each employee
through the TimeHub Employer Portal. Then at the end of the pay period, the hours
worked, overtime, allowances and leave are collated and ready to be exported to your
payroll software.
