supply chain integration. Clients served were primarily from the automotive industry. Major
projects managed include transfer and qualification of product lines to a new facility, leading a

management staff in identification of opportunities, facilitation of employee improvement teams,
chaired weekly review meeting of Management staff, identified training needs and in some cases,
provided such training.
ITT Total Quality Management Group 1991-1994 New York
Position: Engineer/Instructor
Responsibilities: Internal consultant within ITT, providing instruction in TQM methodologies to
any interested facility and followed up the instruction with hands-on facilitation of improvement
activities at the facility. Investigated quality methods, via training and study missions, visiting
over 100 sites in US, Canada, Japan and Europe. Consulted in various capacities at 26 sites in
diverse businesses such as biomedical manufacturing, steel stamping, assembly and site
management contracts.

Responsibilities: Managed all aspects of Quality Systems for first tier automotive supplier.
