Timothy J. Flynn has over 30 years of experience in operations process improvement, quality management, and scheduling. He is currently a Principal Consultant at Saddle Point Solutions focusing on transportation industries. Previously, he founded and led Flynn Consulting Services for over a decade serving automotive clients. He also held various quality and operations roles for companies like General Motors, ITT Automotive, and Hi-Stat Manufacturing. Additionally, Flynn taught operations management courses as a Lecturer at the University of Alabama and has a Ph.D. in Management Science from there.
