Time trials for 6th graders
I have been using AutoCoach every day. It's
brilliant.
I had to trial 160th grade students, (Yr6s) for
orientation day. It usually takes me 75 minutes. I
got through it in 25-minutes by setting the interval
to 40-seconds while using two lanes instead of six.
Awesome!
14. Interval mode extra example:
Meet warm up in the Sprint Lane
Place a speaker near the starting blocks.
Set up with a :10 second interval.
Press go and swimmers can start themselves as
the votive says, Take your marks," then beeps.
Repeats until the watch button is press to STOP.
