Titanium is a metallic element, gray, atomic number is 22, and relative

atomic mass is 47.87. Titanium can be combusted in nitrogen; its melting

point is high. Titanium and titanium alloy is a new type of structural

material, and it is mainly used in aerospace and marine industry. With

the nice performance of high strength, low density, anti-corrosion, good

mechanical properties, titanium and titanium alloy is widely used

chemicals, electronics, watches, glasses, sporting goods, machinery,

plating equipment, environment protection equipment etc. The most

widely used titanium plate is GR1 GR2 and titanium alloy plate GR5, GR7.

   Hot forging: It is kind of forging process above the crystallization

               temperature of the metal

   Hot rolling: rolling bellow the metal crystallization temperature

   Cold rolling: the temperature of the metal is below its

                recrystallization temperature

   Annealing: it is a kind of metal treatment processing to heat the

              metal to a certain temperature slowly, maintain a

              sufficient time, and then cooling by a suitable speed.

   Pickling: remove the oxide film on the metal surface
