Krzy and Pawe are graduates interviewed about their school-to-work transition. Krzy, age 25 with a master's in economics, is now a consultant who struggles with stress and lacks opportunities to showcase his skills. Pawe, age 48 with a master's in mathematics, is now a teacher but feels disrespected by coworkers who are jealous of his ideas. Both men want to improve their situations - Krzy by managing stress better, and Pawe by finding supportive friends at work to help fulfill more of his ideas.

Any volunteers? ,,I need some instructions ,,I don know if it is a good place for me ,,Am I well prepared? ,,Too much stress 2012 ,,I didnt have an opportunity to present my skills ,,Give up?
MY INSIGHT Krzy is an intelligent, creative and ambitious young person. He usually doesnt have an opportunity to show his stuff and impress the others. He feels an overwhelming sense of duties very oft. Krzy doesnt know how to cope with stress.
PROBLEM STATEMENT KRZY NEEDS A WAY TO HANDLE WITH STRESS BECAUSE HE WASTES HIS UNIQUE SKILLS

MY INSIGHT Pawe is a smart and creative family man. He exactly knows what he wants. He doesnt care what other people say. Sometimes he feels alone. His coworkers might be jealous of his achievements. They dont help and respect him.
