Technology and Sales
With technology growing at an exponential rate,
Chrome extensions are appearing almost in
between blinks. Therefore, I have found 05 great
extensions that can improve your experience with
sales and Salesforce.
PS: the following apps are in no priority order.
1. Salesforce Navigator
When going through Salesforce, did you ever
feel like you needed to stop by the sidebar
and ask for directions, only to be left hanging
in the air? Salesforce Navigator not only
acts as the helpful man on the side of the
road willing to help you out, but also as a
nice road map to all of the menus in
Salesforce.
By typing in the name of the place you want to
go, going from page to page in Salesforce is
made much simpler. Thus, by using
Salesforce Navigator, securing that sell is
simply a matter of minutes away.
2. Ebsta
Essentially Ebsta allows you to
make sense of data you have in
Salesforce and LinkedIn. While
browsing LinkedIn you have a little
bar that sits at the top of your
browser, if data is found on the
current profile you are viewing on
LinkedIn inside of Salesforce, it will
let you know and show relevant
data. Ebsta also allows you to
update information inside of
Salesforce while browsing LinkedIn.
A must have for users of Salesforce
and LinkedIn.
3. Brisk.io
Brisk gives you a nicely laid out
sidebar that contains a ‘mini’
Salesforce where you can access
your Leads, Accounts, Opportunities
etc. You can also add new records
as well as log calls. Think of it as a
bit like the Salesforce1 App for
mobiles but in your browser. It can
be easily hidden by clicking on the
icon and then enabled again.
4. Salesforce Admin Check All
There are not many things more
tedious than checking every single
box in a check box list. This
extension will let you be able to
toggle a check all option for
checklists. While this may seem like
a simple little extension, it can help
save time checking boxes and
spend more time and securing
sales. Also, forgetting to check a
box would be a thing of the past.
5. Copylead for Salesforce
LinkedIn is the premier way of
getting a person’s information for a
job or a sale. However, getting
information from their profile into
Salesforce can be a hassle, not to
mention time consuming. Copylead
for LinkedIn is there to give that
time back. All it takes is a click of a
button and a person’s LinkedIn and
Salesforce accounts are linked
together.
Thank you
